Job Summary :

Drive, park and retrieve casino guests’ vehicles in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner in accordance to Company policies and procedures.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Ensure guest keys are logged and secure
  • Ensure guest vehicles are locked and secure while in the care of Valet
  • Assist guests with questions
  • All other duties that may be assigned

Work Environment :

  • Must be able to work outdoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as wind, dust, extreme heat, and extreme cold
  • Must be willing to work any shift when necessary, including weekends and holidays

    • Job Requirements :

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must have valid drivers’ license
  • Must be able to meet the following Company driver criteria at hire and on an annual basis
  • Previous experience strongly preferred
  • Must be able to drive automatic and manual vehicles
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • No more than two moving violations in the      previous two years
  • No convictions for DUI
  • No at-fault accidents in the previous two years
  • No hit-and-run or leaving the scene of an      accident

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Must be able to move quickly around property
  • Must be able to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist
  • Must be able to move quickly in and out of vehicles
  • Must have manual dexterity in hands and fingers
