Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage drywall and framing projects from start to finish

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project success

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and materials procurement

Handle estimating, bidding, submittals, RFIs, and change orders

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Lead and mentor field teams and subcontractors

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in drywall project management
• Strong knowledge of framing, gypsum board, and finishing
• Experience working with commercial or multifamily projects
• Proficiency in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or other construction management software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
