Talent Consultants is seeking a skilled and experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will provide surgical and non‑surgical care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and diseases. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing a variety of orthopedic procedures and will work closely with a team to enhance patient outcomes and improve quality of life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopic procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive examinations and assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history and clinical evaluation.
- Utilize advanced imaging techniques, such as MRI and CT scans, to guide diagnosis and treatment.
- Provide non‑surgical care options, including physical rehabilitation and pain management protocols.
- Monitor patient progress during postoperative recovery and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, recovery expectations, and lifestyle modifications.
- Engage in continuous medical education and research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery.
Qualifications :
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.Active medical license and DEA registration.Minimum 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery.Proficiency in a wide variety of orthopedic surgical techniques and procedures.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.Experience with trauma surgery and pediatric orthopedic care is a plus.Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.Benefits :
