Genesis10 is seeking an Associate Support Engineer I for a full-time position with a financial services client located in Milwaukee or Franklin, WI. This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office (days flexible).
Compensation : $15.00 - 16.00 per hour.
Summary :
Genesis10 is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the Associate Support Engineer I who will join the Field Experience team, providing technical support for the Complex Planning Experience (PX) platform. The role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, learning new technologies, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide omni-channel technical support to Home Office and Field users, including troubleshooting PC, mobile device, hardware, software, and LAN issues.
- Conduct initial client experience consultations, applying functional and technical knowledge to analyze problems, develop solutions, and test fixes for first-contact resolution.
- Handle multiple tasks such as managing simultaneous chat sessions and adjusting priorities as business needs change.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and expand cross-functional technical knowledge.
- Identify and propose service or process improvement ideas with a continuous learning mindset.
- Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external teams.
- Participate in temporary project or support assignments as required.
- Leverage communication channels and knowledge management systems to resolve issues and enhance the overall client experience.
