Job Title : Medical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our medical device manufacturing team as Medical Assemblers. You will initially start in the coiling department within a cleanroom environment, where precision and attention to detail are paramount. You will be part of a team that manufactures components for critical medical devices, contributing to the health and well-being of patients.

Responsibilities

• Operate coil winding machines to produce medical device components.
• Inspect and manipulate wires with the aid of microscopes.
• Work in various departments including molding, CEA assembly, laser welding, and implantable housings.
• Use small hand tools such as tweezers, pliers, and wrenches in assembly processes.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Inspect and deburr parts using tools like pliers, filers, and knives.
• Operate and monitor automated presses and stamping machines.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions for assembly processes.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.78 / hr.
