💼 About the Role
The Patient Scheduler / Administrative Assistant will serve as the welcoming face and first point of contact for patients. You’ll manage appointment scheduling, assist with check-ins, and help ensure every patient has a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
🔑 Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule, confirm, and modify patient appointments using internal hospital systems
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure accurate, efficient scheduling
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
