The Company is seeking a (Senior) Vice President of Product to lead the innovation and development of its commercial real estate software products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the product strategy and vision, with a focus on accelerating the ROI and value of the product suite. This includes identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform the product roadmap. The role also involves portfolio consolidation, customer retention and growth, operational efficiency, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial real estate and / or workflow automation, a proven track record in product and design management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates for the (Senior) Vice President of Product position at the company should be adept at making tough decisions, be master decision-makers, and be able to operate autonomously as well as with direction. The role requires a leader who can mentor and inspire a high-performing product management and design team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. The candidate should be a strategic leader, actively engaged with the Senior Leadership team, and capable of representing the company to external audiences. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 12 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years in a significant leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry.
