As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Managers to enhance sales, optimize customer service, and maintain an inviting store environment. You'll also take on shift management duties when the Assistant or Store Manager is absent. We encourage bilingual candidates to apply!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the store team in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee customer service quality in the retail showroom.
  • Ensure phone calls are managed in line with company policy.
  • Efficiently process online orders, store transfers, and other inventory orders.
  • Handle special orders and outside purchases promptly.
  • Manage customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before leaving the store.
  • Communicate company messages and delegate merchandising tasks to team members.
  • Ensure team members follow the assigned work schedule.
  • Perform opening and closing duties for the store.
  • Complete any additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications : Required :

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
  • Preferred :

  • Retail sales experience, especially in auto parts.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair.
  • ASE Certification.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is a significant advantage).
