Experience with system integration and data migration projects. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Liaison with managed service providers, vendors, operational leadership. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. ITIL Foundation certification desired not required. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Epic) Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in a related field is a plus. Experience in a large healthcare system or hospital setting. Experience with other healthcare applications and systems. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
