Machinists / CNC Operators - 2nd Shift Aerospace

• This position is reading blueprints, implementing operations on Routers, setting up and operating machines that may include CNC Mills and Lathes and manual equipment or processes at a higher challenging level of machining work.
• Follow router and quality system procedures
• Edit and troubleshoot new and old programs
• Inspect parts to verify blueprint requirements prior to first article
• Properly transfer edit and save CNC programs
• Quickly and accurately load and unload machines
• Ability to assist in training of Entry level Machinist
• 7 years minimum Machine Shop Experience ( CNC or Manual )
• Working knowledge of G & M Codes used in CNC programming process
• Ability to make adjustments with MDI at CNC machine tool control
• Ability to properly use common inspection equipment
