About the Role : Inside Sales Specialist – Naperville, IL

As our Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in helping agents and advisors succeed. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you’ll support the field with illustrations, advanced sales strategies, and training, while also providing essential pre- and post-sale support such as underwriting reviews, maximum coverage opportunities, and rider enhancements. Beyond support, you’ll drive growth through internal sales initiatives like lead follow-up, conservation, term conversions, and exchanges. This is your chance to strengthen relationships, make a direct impact on business growth, and showcase the unique value COF delivers to members and partners.

Qualifications :

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
