Technical Lead

Our client is seeking a Technical Lead to provide short-term leadership and hands-on technical direction for a high-visibility website refresh project. This role will guide the architecture and implementation of a new content platform experience and ensure the foundation is set for a scalable, high-performance site.

This role is fully remote.

Technical Lead Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and execution for a major website refresh project utilizing a CMS platform (Brightspot experience highly preferred).
• Define the overall technical architecture and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Oversee the development and customization of CMS components to deliver a seamless, high-quality user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including design and product teams, to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
• Drive innovation through prototyping and integration of emerging technologies, including AI-based enhancements for content workflows.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from concept through deployment, maintaining best practices in code quality, performance, and security.

Technical Lead Qualifications

Compensation : $60-$73 / hr. (DOE)
