• Number of Beds – hospital average daily census of 120
• Number of Staff – 3-4 per room
• Hours of operation M-F 7am – 5pm after hours and Saturday and Sunday on call
• Type of staff :

o Day Shift – Rad tech / RN combination

o Night Shift -

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : RAD-TX(Copy needed)

Certifications : CERT-ARRT- VI(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
