Contract Administration Manager

AECOM  is seeking a  Contract Administration Manager  to support our Federal Contracts this pivotal role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management ensuring compliance and minimizing risks for our organization.

This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement to include a combination of in-office and remote scheduling and can be based in but not limited to : Arlington VA; Germantown MD; Greenville SC; Glen Allen VA ; Roanoke VA.

Job Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to :

• Lead the development review and negotiation of complex contracts ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret contract terms and provide guidance on contractual obligations
• Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risks
• Monitor contract performance identify potential issues and propose solutions to mitigate risks
• Manage a team of contract specialists providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality contract administration
• Conduct regular contract audits and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and dispute resolution
• Stay current with relevant laws regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with legal counsel on complex contractual matters and litigation support when necessary
