Provide technical assistance andsupport to end-users for hardware and software-related issues.Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop,laptop, and peripheral problems.Install, configure, and maintainoperating systems and software applications.Set up and maintain user accounts,profiles, and access permissions.Ensure timely resolution oftechnical issues to minimize downtime.Install, update, and patch softwareapplications and operating systems.Ensure software licenses andcompliance.Troubleshoot software-relatedproblems and conflicts.Provide on-site support for hardwareand software issues when required.Communicate technical information tonon-technical users effectively.
