Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Equipment Services Manager (Level L) to support the Equipment Services organization in Auburn and Puyallup, Washington . This manager will have oversight of equipment services teams as a part of Equipment, Manufacturing and Tooling Services.

Position Responsibilities :

Leads employees and first-level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing subject areas

Develops and implements integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives

Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, partners and direct reports

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Leads, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and / or informal leadership role

3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation (primarily 1st shift)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and / or the Boeing Production System (BPS)

1+ years of experience with aircraft maintenance services

1+ years of experience with facilities management

1+ years of experience with equipment maintenance

Summary Pay Range : $154,800 - $189,200
