Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and proactively follow up on overdue payments.
• Apply payments to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) to resolve billing issues.
• Prepare regular aging reports and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance AR efficiency and accuracy.
