Position Summary :

The Utility Yard Worker operates specialized equipment to clean and maintain streets, parking lots, and other public areas. The Sweeper also supports the delivery and pick-up of parts, totes, and other various equipment.

Your Role :

• Operates and maintains street cleaning equipment, including but not limited to checking fluid, air pressures, hydraulic systems, and performing preventive maintenance.
• Ensure efficient and timely cleaning of assigned routes and schedules
• Respond to emergency clean-ups.
• Maintain records and reports of sweeping operations.
• Facilitate delivery, pick up, and other inventory-related items.
• Keeping areas clean of loose debris.
• Wash all parts of the truck, totes, and other various equipment.
• Facilitate and assist with the physical movement of inventory.
• Maintains reasonable, regular, and punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Adapt to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.
