Full-Time Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)

Location : Primarily Newtown and surrounding community locations with flexibility to commute throughout Lower Bucks County (including our clinic in Warminster) as needed

Full-Time Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am - 4 : 30 pm (with availability to work two evenings per week as needed)

Compensation : Salaries start at $60,000 with additional pay offered for experience!

Licensed Behavior Specialists at Potential Inc. oversee client cases to ensure highly effective implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), while providing support to clinicians working one-on-one with clients / students in a variety of settings. We are seeking compassionate professionals with a high level of integrity able to thrive in both self-directed and teamwork-oriented spaces. Activities include :

• Developing and overseeing treatment programs including behavior and skill acquisition programs
• Conducting assessments including functional analysis
• Observing clients and staff across settings
• Participating in professional development activities
• Conducting new client intakes
• Collaborating with families and other providers (doctors, schools, insurance companies, etc.)
