A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to design project plans and align program goals with business strategies

Oversee daily program operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

Promote Agile best practices, facilitate team growth, and track key performance indicators for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Strong technical background in software development or IT operations; telecommunications experience preferred

Proven program leadership and cross-functional project management experience

Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders effectively

Experience in fostering a collaborative team culture and supporting team member growth

Demonstrated strategic problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
