1. SAP IS-U Sr Techno Functional Consultant – Billing & Invoicing

Essential Responsibilities :

• Through specialization in exception / workflow engines, configure exception lists and worklists for meter reading, billing and invoicing
• Define business rules for exception identification
• Implement custom logic for exception detection and resolution
• Configure SAP IS-U billing module, including master data, rates, tariffs, billing cycles and customer service processes
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAP IS-U billing solutions
• Manage end-to-end billing processes such as meter-to-cash, budget billing and collective billing scenarios
• Prepare and review billing functional specifications for customizations, enhancements and new developments
• Lead workshops to gather requirements, validate functional processes, and define functional specifications and enhancement needs
• Analyze business processes and map them to system capabilities, identifying gaps and recommending solution approaches
• Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend optimization opportunities
• Create functional documentation including process flows, requirements, functional specs, and user readiness materials
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, and cross-functional SMEs to ensure alignment across business processes, systems, and integrations

The approximate pay range for this position is between $90.00 and $105.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
