We are seeking an expert level Manufacturing Engineer to lead an Automation Engineering Project. This role involves overseeing the installation, commissioning, validation, and process implementation of 8-10 new Capital Equipment for a manufacturing line. The position requires experience with Complex Automation Integration involving budgets of 1.5 Million+ per machine, and the candidate will act as the resident leader from concept to completion, advising on next steps and presenting key insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the automation engineering project, ensuring successful installation and commissioning of new capital equipment.
• Validate and implement processes for 8-10 new machines on the manufacturing line.
• Manage complex automation integration with budgets of 1.5 Million+ per machine.
• Serve as the site leader, providing direction from concept to completion.
• Recommend next steps and present information to leadership.
• Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineers and Production members to ensure process implementation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $67.31 / hr.
