Sr. Program Manager

Uber is looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager to help administer our Integrity Helpline and drive internal investigation program enhancements. We are looking for a highly collaborative candidate with strong project management skills and a demonstrated track record of effective stakeholder engagement and management. Projects include administration of the helpline case management system, data reporting, training investigators, and collaboration with Legal, People, Audit, and Ethics, Compliance, and Security Team members.

What You'll Do :

• Administration of the helpline and case management system, including acting as POC with helpline vendor, oversight of access controls, configuration changes, updating user roles, and assisting with triage of new matters
• Data reporting, including preparation of reports for a variety of stakeholders
• Preparation of training for investigation teams, including scheduling, assigning and tracking completion of training
• Project management over various program improvements, including implementation of artificial intelligence tools
• Collaboration with the broader ECS team on systems and data projects

For Chicago, IL-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$112,000 per year - USD$123,500 per year. For Dallas, TX-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$112,000 per year - USD$123,500 per year. For New York, NY-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,000 per year. For Phoenix, AZ-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$99,000 per year - USD$109,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,000 per year. For Washington, DC-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,000 per year.
