  • Licenses : Active Arizona license or IMLC accepted
  • Board : BC / BE in Urology
  • DEA : Required
  • CSR : Not required
  • Certifications : None specified
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year in specialty
  • Other Qualifications : Proficiency with Cerner EMR

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide inpatient and outpatient Urology coverage
  • Perform general urologic surgeries and procedures
  • Manage clinic patients and inpatient consults
  • Participate in on-call rotation as assigned
  • Collaborate with PA and hospital staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Complete documentation in Cerner EMR accurately and timely
  • Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and vaccination requirements
