Clearance : Current active Secret Clearance or higher.

Summary :

Accomplished planner with 15 years delivering high-visibility complex programs across defense aerospace government health care and high-tech industries.

Expert in Earned Value Management (EVM) Microsoft Project and Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS).

Proven ability to build / maintain large-scale master schedules perform schedule risk analysis develop SOWs and lead proposal estimation efforts.

Recognized for outstanding planning performance and cross-functional leadership.

Manage operational aspects of ongoing projects and act as liaison between project management planning teams line management and clients.

Review project status and budgets manage schedules and prepare status reports.

Assess project issues and implement resolutions to meet productivity quality and client-satisfaction goals.

Develop mechanisms to monitor project progress and facilitate problem-solving with project managers and clients.

Requirements :

Current active Secret Clearance or higher.

15 years of project planning experience; DoD planning experience required.

6 years of experience in :

Master Planning & Project Planning

Project Management & Project Scheduling

Microsoft Project / Project Servers / OpenPlan Professional / Project Schedule Analyzer / EVMS

Planning & Organizing Skills

Earned Value Management (EVM) / Earned Value Analysis

BS degree in Business or equivalent preferred.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
