B2C SaaS / Marketplace : Organic Growth, SEO, GEO Expansion, Social Media, Product Growth
We are looking for a B2C Growth Marketing Manager to lead our global organic growth engine. Your goal is simple : grow qualified / organic traffic, increase visibility across markets, and turn product insights into measurable growth.
This role blends SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) expansion, social media, content, and product-led growth. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Content teams and operate with full ownership over our organic strategy.
Organic Growth & SEO :
- Lead our SEO strategy end-to-end : technical, on-page, off-page.
- Build and manage a high-intent content roadmap aligned with product positioning.
- Improve rankings, crawl health, CTR and organic conversions.
- Run ongoing performance audits with clear priority-setting.
GEO Expansion :
Prioritise countries based on demand, competitiveness and user behaviour.Adapt messaging and content to each target market.Manage localisation workflows and ensure international SEO consistency.Analyse country-by-country growth performance and iterate quickly.Social Media & Community Growth :
Define our organic social strategy across key platforms (LinkedIn is our Top Priority, followed by Instagram).Build communities, increase reach, and create narrative consistency.Work with content and design to deliver engaging formats.Analyse impact by geography and user segment.Product-Led Growth & Conversion :
Partner with Product to analyse user flows, activation, retention and key drop-offs.Translate product insights into acquisition and activation improvements.Lead go-to-market for new features and updates.Run structured experiments and A / B tests to optimise funnel performance.
