Job Description nurse to patient ratio on nights is a 1 : 4-5;hiring into the unit now and getting them started on orientation on our medical side to be up and running by the January start date. I would prefer someone with an IL license, however if the candidate was the right fit, I would be willing to wait.

Required Qualifications : RNs with at LEAST 1+ years' experience, at an acute facility would be preferred. Tele or pulm exp would be an added bonus, but by no means a requirement. ADN and BSN within 5 years, BSN preferred
