Position : Community Manager
The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. As a Community Manager, you will manage all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management. You will supervise all on-site staff and operations to ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range : $75,000 per year to $80,000 per year. At Asset Living, compensation decisions consider factors such as skill set, background, certifications, and relevant experience. Our total rewards package includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, and performance bonuses where applicable. Full-time employees also receive paid sick days and company holidays.
