Adhere to all safety practices and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any issues to the supervision. Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients throughout the installation process. Previous experience as a solar installer or similar role in the construction field. Familiarity with solar PV systems and electrical components. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of safety practices. Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights. Willingness to travel to various job sites as assigned. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. High School Diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are advantageous.
