About the Role

We re seeking an Operations professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can take ownership of complex challenges that sit between sales, product, and engineering. This role is highly cross-functional and requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead deployment strategies for enterprise-scale software rollouts across thousands of users.
• Build and refine operational playbooks to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and design teams to shape the roadmap based on customer insights.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding, support, and customer success.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, execution, and customer experience.
