Bookkeeper ( Hybrid )

Provide direct support to the CFO in managing company financials. Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records for multiple entities. Oversee accounts / payables / receivables and reconcile ban statements. Assist with construction job cost tracking and project accounting. Prepare monthly, quarterly and year end financial reports. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments. Assist with loan draw requests and insurance documentation. Ensure compliance with internal controls amd reporting. Minimum Quickbooks, or construction specific accounting software. Knowledge of real estate management operations is strong plus. Ability to maintain multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Assci=ociates or Bachelor's degree in Accountiing, Finance or related filed preferred. Excellent organizational amd communication skills.
