Position Summary

As Director of Operations, you will own the field. Your mission : drive elite execution across operations, technician performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability with speed, precision, and zero tolerance for mediocrity.

You’ll report directly to executive leadership, managing key performance areas including Field Execution, Team Productivity, Customer Experience, Job Documentation & Closeout, Job Cost Management, Technician Training & Compliance, and AR / Project Closeout Support.

For this role, we estimate a target pay range and budget of [Expected OTE $200k - $250k + (Company vehicle + Gas Card for local incumbents)] per annum.
