Flexible schedule depending on location. Base Salary : $290,000 to 370,000, with potential to exceed based on performance Generous Incentives : Negotiable sign-on bonus Relocation assistance up to $10,000 Loan repayment options Loan forgiveness through Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) for those serving in an underserved area CME Benefits : $3,000 CME allowance, paid time off for CME and vacation Retirement Plans : 403(b) with employer matching and 457(f) for additional tax-deferred contributions Vesting schedule with 100% vesting after 5 years.
