A Day in the Life : What You Will Do

As a DSP you are the heart of our mission : empowering people. Your core responsibilities will include :

• Empowerment & Personal Care : Providing respectful hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene grooming and mealtime support.
• Behavioral Support & Advocacy : Serving as a compassionate partner providing positive behavioral support following person-centered support plans and assisting with de-escalation.
• Community & Integration : Being a bridge to the community. Youll support individuals with their goals from transportation to appointments and hobbies to helping them thrive in community-based jobs.
• Health & Wellness : Supporting health and wellness by administering medications assisting with mobility and preparing nutritious meals.
