Location : This position is in-person at our Scottsdale, AZ office.

Schedule : Monday-Friday. Must be willing to work occasional weekends!

    Responsibilities :

    • Answer inbound patient calls, responding to medical concerns and questions.
    • Provide accurate information on medications, treatments, and healthcare services.
    • Document patient interactions in electronic health records (EHRs).
    • Triage urgent patient concerns, escalating to healthcare providers as needed.
    • Schedule appointments and follow-up care.
    • Educate patients on self-care and disease management.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure continuity of care.
    • Requirements :

    • High school diploma required
    • Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, NCMA, or CCMA) preferred not required
    • 2+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in patient care.
    • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to empathize with patients and families.
    • Proficiency in EHRs (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
    • Good organizational skills required
    • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher
    • Nice to Have :

    • Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field.
    • Experience in call center or customer service.
    • Certification in patient advocacy or case management.
    • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
