Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• Work within the Service Contracts team to manage vendor service contract negotiations for the Fab, as well as departments in direct support of the Fab.
• Effectively manage annual service contract negotiations to include scope optimization, cost savings initiatives, and performance management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the needs of the customer are included in all service contract scope negotiations.
• Participate in setting strategy and achieving business goals in annual service contract agreement negotiations.
• Experience working with Finance and Legal teams to meet established service contract goals, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance.
