Insurance Specialist

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist (Remote) in the Central Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

Manage claims inventory to reduce outstanding accounts receivable

Communicate professionally with patients and insurance companies regarding outstanding balances

Gather and verify patient information for billing and payment activities

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED

2+ years of Denials Management experience

2+ years of Medical Billing / Follow-up experience

Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors

Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
