Office Administrator
Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, and administrative support.
Develop and monitor annual budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities.
Oversee vendor services, space planning, and office moves.
Handle HR functions including employee relations, performance reviews, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and firm policies.
Lead local support staff and manage workflow.
Coordinate emergency and business continuity plans.
Participate in special projects and firmwide initiatives.

Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant management or HR experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Expertise in budgeting, operations, and HR compliance.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Competitive salary between $190000 and $255000 USD annually.
