Automotive Accounting Clerk

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Accounting Clerk.

Responsibilities :

• Process vehicle sales and lease deals accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Maintain schedules and reconcile accounting discrepancies.
• Communicate with department managers, vendors, and financial institutions.
• Assist with monthly closing procedures and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and manufacturer guidelines.
• Process tag and title work.
• Daily deposit.
• Various other duties as assigned.
