What Will You Do in This Role

As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for greeting all visitors and providing administrative support to facility personnel. This position is versatile and often includes a multitude of support duties including but not limited to supporting business office functions assisting with filing and providing support for recruiting functions.

• A flexible fun and energetic personality
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word Excel and Outlook required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
