Coverage Needs :

Coverage : 1-2 weeks per month starting in ASAP and ongoing

Locations : will cover multiple locations

Assignment Details / Requirements :

Schedule : 24-hour call - Hospital, Clinic, and Call hours vary

o Adult Office Clinic = 20% of time

o Adult Hospital = 80% of time

Requirements : ACLS, Board Certified CT Surgery + Vascular Surgery, FDA-approved course in CO2 laser for TMLR, Fluoroscopy Training Program
