We are seeking an Entry-Level Inside Sales Assistant to provide critical behind-the-scenes administrative support to our inside sales team. This role will assist with quoting materials, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing with vendors, creating sales orders, and managing the flow of paperwork from initial quote through final sale. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual, eager to learn, contribute, seeking to grow within our company.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Assist with managing paperwork for quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders
• Support quote requests to vendors
• Create quotes within the company’s quoting software
• Generate purchase orders using purchasing software
• Prepare sales orders within sales order software
• Sales report generation to enhance operational efficiency to support the sales team achieve its goals.
