This role involves evaluating credentialing processes, ensuring compliance with NCQA standards, refining workflows, and serving as the liaison between our team, the client, and their credentialing verification organization (CVO).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-delegation reviews to assess and enhance delegated credentialing capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with NCQA standards and recommend improvements to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize credentialing workflows and support their CVO activities.
• Act as the primary contact for credentialing related communications with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports to support audits and regulatory compliance.
• Educate client teams on NCQA standards and best practices for credentialing and delegation.
