Job Description

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking an Atlassian Administrator to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with user management, including creating and deactivating accounts, updating permissions, and managing access groups.
• Proficient in handling change requests involving workflows, custom fields, screens, automation rules, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
• Skilled in project and space administration, including creating Jira projects or Confluence spaces and configuring them according to governance standards.
• Ability to conduct consultations and feature reviews with teams to advise on best practices and evaluate requests for new features, Marketplace apps, or configurations.
• Experience reviewing and assisting with integration requests between Atlassian and other approved platforms.
• Proven ability to onboard new teams or departments into an Atlassian Cloud environment through discovery sessions and project / space provisioning.
• Capable of performing system maintenance and clean-up tasks such as archiving old projects / spaces, optimizing workflows and automations, and monitoring license usage.
• Experienced in managing a support queue by responding to user tickets, prioritizing issues, and ensuring alignment with SLAs.
