Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

• Duration : 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift : 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type : Travel
• Minimum Experience : 3-5 years MS experience required
• At least 1 traveler contract completed preferred
• Experience with insulin and cardiac drips
• MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE
• Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience
• Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal : BLS, WI or Compact license
• Desired Certifications : None
• Charting Experience Required : EPIC required within last 12 months
• Shift Requirements : 12hr NOCs; every other weekend; Holiday rotation
• Float Requirements : Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed
• On Call / Call Back Requirements : None
• Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates, Strong Documentation skills, able to work in a fast paced environment
• REQUIRED EDUCATION : Associate Degree or Certificate
• PREFERRED EDUCATION : Bachelor's Degree
• HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS : Holiday Rotation
