REQUIREMENTS for this role are :

CERTIFICATION(S) / LICENSE(S) REQUIREMENTS : Current New York State Registered Nurse License Certification as a Wound Care Nurse or Wound Ostomy Care Nurse.

EDUCATIONAL LEVEL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT : Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required

KNOWLEDGEABLE IN : All candidates must be licensed and currently registered to practice as a Professional Nurse in New York State. Excellent verbal, written, organizational and analytical skills.

EQUIPMENT / MACHINES OPERATED : Smart phone Laptop Computer Desktop Computer Multifunction Copier

COMPUTER PROGRAMS / SOFTWARE OPERATED : Epic H2O Hyperspace Epic H2O Remote Client Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote)

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Certified Home Health Agency or post-acute care facility. Minimum of 2 years of Public / Community Health and 2 years medical / surgical experience required. Previous experience in PI, i.e., knowledge of PI applications, tools and techniques and knowledge of the development, coordination and facilitation of PI programs. Previous experience using various computer software applications : i.e., Word, Excel, Access, etc.
