job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOperates and maintains company vehicle safely. Maintains condition of tools and equipment in order to ensure safe and efficient service. Complete recording keeping functions to ensure accurate information is maintained. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Promote and accept accountability for providing superior customer satisfaction and selling of Home Service Plus products and services (e.g., Service Plus Repair Plans, Options, Product sales referrals) to customers. Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers. Able to meet and maintain performance and attendance criteria for the job. Able to demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude. Able to pay attention to detail and demonstrate good organizational skills. Able to learn to operate a personal computer and demonstrate basic keyboard knowledge. Able to provide appropriate and valid State of Minnesota driver's license and to present and maintain a good driving record as determined by the Company. Able to operate a company vehicle in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Able to demonstrate knowledge of gas appliances, control systems and heating equipment. Able to demonstrate knowledge of State of Minnesota heating, ventilation and air conditioning code as applied to all gas equipment and gas piping. Able to demonstrate knowledge of inspection and cleaning of HVAC ductwork systems. Able to communicate effectively with employees, customers and industry representatives. Able to meet all physical requirements, competency-based assessments, pre-employment background checks, pre-employment drug screen, and other selection criteria as determined by the company.
