job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOversee and manage mechanical and electrical crews handling mechanical and electrical installations of industrial equipment Project forecasting including manpower, materials and equipment Full project management oversight including changes, risks, quality, safety, ensuring schedules and deadlines are met and stakeholder communications Project financials oversight Onsite customer visits to monitor progress and ensure project stays on track 5+ years of project management experience in industrial automation, control systems preferably in food and beverage or packaging equipment Experience managing union and non-union crews in factory settings Working knowledge of PLCs, motor controls and instrumentation Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and construction drawings Understanding of project life cycle and experience with oversight Proficiency with Excel, Project and ERP systems Project financial acumen Ability to travel up to 50% Strong communication and relationship management skills
