At MaxAbility Therapy Services, we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children with a variety of developmental, physical, and sensory challenges in the Omaha / Council Bluffs Metro Area. Our team of dedicated therapists works collaboratively to create individualized treatment plans designed to help children reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

Position Overview :

As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you can make a difference in the lives of children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities :

  • Assess and treat patients with speech, language, dysphagia, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate students and their families about communication disorders and treatment strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.

  • Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Nebraska and / or Iowa.
  • New graduates considered, with supervision provided for completing their clinical fellowship year.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment techniques, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to improving the lives of patients.
