Chick-fil-A Day Front of House Team Member (Church Street Location)

We are looking for motivated, positive, and inspiring Front of House team members to join us in serving our guests great food. We are looking for people who are willing to learn, work hard, work quickly, and want to advance within our company! Our ideal hire would be reliable, dependable, and bring the Chick-Fil-A kindness we are known for. Our location is a first of its kind, focused on Catering, 3rd Party Deliveries, Mobile Ordering, and Innovative Delivery Methods.

General Responsibilities :

  • Embody all tenets of Second Mile Service, Operational Excellence, and Creating Emotional Connections.
  • Fulfill the needs of the guest through taking orders, bagging, handing out orders, making beverages, etc.
  • Restock the store when appropriate and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) model is being followed.
  • Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation, and quality is top level.
  • Appropriately handle all customer issues and play a positive role in customer recovery.
  • Show up on time, have a great attitude, and work hard.
  • Be curious with a growth-mindset : look for ways to do your work better and faster.
  • Be a team player.
  • Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the business.

    • Requirements :
